Internally clean. Wrappers show moderate soiling over all and shallow edge-chipping, with front wrapper detached. The text comprises a brief overview of the physical changes and renaming of streets which accompanied the reclamation of land and the creation of the Back Bay section of Boston, Massachusetts. A good copy. .
